4. Order & Acceptance

• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful placement of an order.

• AaharPack reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India (or your applicable region).

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

• Delays due to courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.

• Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

• Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

AaharPack shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;

• Losses caused by incorrect product usage or storage;

• Delays or failure in delivery due to force majeure.

All trademarks, logos, and content on AaharPack are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
