How to Order: Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app, or phone support.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain products such as paper cups, pizza boxes, and food containers may have minimum order requirements.
Product Specifications: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product type, size, design, and material before confirming their order.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, customers will receive confirmation via email or SMS, including order details, estimated delivery timeline, and payment instructions.
Time Limit: Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer helpline.
Restrictions: Modifications depend on production status and availability. AaharPack may accept or reject modification requests based on current capacity.
Free Cancellation: Orders can be canceled without penalty within 12 hours of placement.
Confirmation Call Cancellation: Customers may cancel during the confirmation call. After confirmation, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Custom Orders: Orders with custom printing or advance payments are non-cancellable.
In Production: If production has already begun, cancellations are not permitted, and any material/labor costs incurred may be charged.
Price Changes: Prices may vary due to market fluctuations. The price confirmed at the time of order will be honored.
Payment Terms: Custom orders require at least 50% advance. Standard orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Accepted Methods: Payments are accepted through RTGS to our official bank account.
Bulk Orders: A deposit may be required for large orders, with the balance payable before delivery.
Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery ranges from 5–15 business days depending on product type and quantity.
Shipping Charges: Customers must cover transportation costs, which are not included in the order invoice.
Dispatch Conditions: Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
Delays: AaharPack is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen issues.
Transport Responsibility: AaharPack is not liable for damage during transit. Customers must resolve such issues directly with the courier or transport company.
Third-party Policy: Claims for damage must comply with the terms of the transport provider.
Specification Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate designs and details. AaharPack is not responsible for errors due to incorrect input.
No Refunds: Custom items are non-refundable unless they contain manufacturing defects or differ from approved specifications.
Color Disclaimer: Slight color variation may occur; exact color matching is not guaranteed.
No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns for standard or custom items unless there is a proven defect.
Discounts: Special pricing is available for bulk quantities. Contact our sales team for quotes.
Lead Time: Production time may be longer for bulk orders and will be communicated during confirmation.
