• We do not accept returns for any products, whether standard or custom-made, unless the item is defective or damaged during manufacturing.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

• If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, please report it immediately to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photographic evidence or other proof to assess the issue.

• Valid claims will be handled either by replacement or refund at AaharPack’s discretion.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven to have manufacturing defects or do not meet the agreed specifications.

4. Shipping Damage

• AaharPack is not responsible for damages during shipping. Any damage or loss during delivery must be claimed with the courier or transport company.
